Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Next Combinator ("Cursorling", "we", "us") for the Cursorling app, website and service. By downloading the app or creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Cursorling for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13, or 16 in the EEA and UK unless a parent agrees. You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Mac and Google account secure. Tell us at support@cursorling.si if you think someone else is using it.

3. The service

Cursorling runs on macOS Sonoma 14.2 or later. It looks at your screen when you ask, answers out loud, points and draws on your screen, takes dictation, remembers what you ask it to, runs routines, and sends helpers to do tasks. It's early software: features will change, some may be added or removed, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We may release updates to keep it working and secure.

4. AI answers

Cursorling's answers come from AI models and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, including where it points or what it reads on your screen. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions without checking with a qualified person. You decide what to do with an answer.

5. Helpers and actions on your Mac

Helpers (Clickys) and Cursorling itself can use your Mac and connected apps for you, for example clicking, typing, sending email or changing files. Before anything that matters, they show you what they're about to do and wait for your OK. You're responsible for the actions you approve and for reviewing their results. You can stop a helper at any time.

6. Connected apps

When you connect apps like Gmail, Notion, Slack or Spotify, your use of those apps stays under their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party apps or for changes they make that stop a connection working. You can disconnect any app in Settings › Integrations.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Cursorling to:

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

8. Your content

What you send (screenshots, voice, text, documents) and what Cursorling makes for you belongs to you, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you're allowed to share what's on your screen when you ask about it.

9. Plans and payment

10. Invite & earn

Your invite link gives a friend 25% off their first Pro payment. When an invited friend pays, you earn 25% of what they paid (before tax) as credit for up to 12 months from their first rewarded payment. Credit comes off your future Cursorling bills; it has no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunded or charged-back payments take back their share. Each person can be invited once, and you can't invite yourself. We may withhold credit for fake accounts or other abuse, and may change or end the programme with notice.

11. Our software

We give you a personal, revocable licence to use the Cursorling app on Macs you own or control while you follow these terms. The app, the Cursorling name, logo and character belong to us. Parts of the app use open-source software under its own licences. If you send us feedback we may use it without owing you anything.

12. Ending

You can stop using Cursorling and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other people, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

13. Disclaimers

Except where the law doesn't allow it, Cursorling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us exclude.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to its courts, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Cursorling after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
